Sounds of Success

The people you’ll meet on this episode of The Growing Bolder TV Show not only prove it’s never too late to follow your dreams, they show that it’s not about age, it’s about attitude. Their success wasn’t easy to come by, but it made the rewards all the sweeter.

Attitude is something Sandy Scott has plenty of, and you only have to spent a moment talking to him to know that he’s earned it. Find out how he went from a broken back to breaking records.

You’ve heard the expression truth is stranger than fiction? We’re bringing both together in a story about actor John O’Hurley, who famously played J. Peterman on Seinfeld. He didn’t create the company but he did save it for the REAL J. Peterman, and now they’ve teamed up.

Plus, Leon Fleisher was a phenomenon who sold out Carnegie Hall at 16. He was America’s premier concert pianist until in his mid-20s, when he was struck by a rare neurological disease that robbed him of the use of his right hand. So, he learned to play concertos with his left hand until modern medicine could find him a treatment that worked.

The video gets stuck after about two minutes.

    Pat,

Thanks so much for your note!

The videos are served in high-quality, and in the best possible form for the Web. That means it’s a very large file, so your system may need to switch it to a lower quality. On the video, try clicking the “HQ is on” button, so it turns to “HQ is off.”

Then try playing the video — it should now work. If you still have trouble, please let me know and we’ll get to the bottom of it!

If you do need to reply, please let me know what browser you’re using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) and which version.

Growing Bolder crew, and my big brother Marcus,

I’m so happy for all of you. Unleash your philosophy nationally upon the masses. I truly believe that your message is the new VIagra for the over Fiddy crowd. I will be watching and if you need a crazed, lunatic, roving reporter in the southwest, feel free to call. I don’t work for scale but I’m good, real good.

    Love Ya,

Tommy, AKA the big cheeses little bro

Thank you. Your instructions worked just fine. Best wishes on your new adventure. It is about time the younger generation woke up to the many attributes and talents of those who came before them. Somebody had to wash behind their ears until they were old enough. For many years I have told my family and friends another expresion – “When you get old – you get bold!”
